What types of houses should have this program?
All houses. Many things happen to a home; connections
come loose, previous home owners change or add to the
electrical system (usually not up to code) and normal wear and
tear. There is no way to know unless you have it checked.

How often should a house be checked?
At least once a year. Remember problems found early can
save thousands, not to mention the safety and peace of mind.

When will I receive my Preventative Maintenance Check?
It is scheduled during the slower times of the year
during normal business hours.
